Effective April 2022, Service Minder has enabled an add on feature to record videos and save them to Contacts.
To use this service, subscribe to a Company Cam account (Pro required).
Next, in Control Panel>Integrations the Other tab connect your Company Cam account to your Service Minder:
On the first appointment for each device you will need to enable microphone and camera.
Until hotlinks are enabled in the mobile app, you will have to manually exit Service Minder and enter Company Cam to take the video. And then exit company cam when done.
When you start an appointment on the mobile app, after start you can hit photo/video. Select video and record. Once complete, hit stop and complete the appointment as normal.
Your videos should appear under the Contact with a link to view/send.

What is missing in beta? hotlinks to drive the in-app process, e.g., open the video automatically. And possibly attaching to an appointment vs contact. And finally, {shortcodes} for sending the link in communications.
