Supply Store FAQs & Items to Consider:
Q. How long does it take to get my order?
- Orders take at least two (2) weeks to process and ship. Freightliner orders can take slightly longer. Plastic and delivery driver shortages are also causing delays in our business.
Q. Where can I find tracking information?

- Tracking information is entered into every order as it becomes available from the distributors. You'll be able to log into your order to obtain this information.
Q. The tracking information states that my product was delivered, but I did not receive it. What should I do?

- Submit a help desk ticket with your order number, and we will check into it.
- I received a product that was damaged. What do I do?
- When you sign the product, please note any damage or half-product loss. (this helps hold the freight company accountable for the loss)
Please consider the following if you have not received your order but it states it was delivered:
- What process do you have in place when the product is delivered?
- Was it delivered but signed for by another co-worker or the neighbor?
- Have you asked the other staff members if they received the shipment?
- Is your address correct on your order?
- Did you open ALL boxes and cross-reference the shipment with your actual order?
- Did you check the front porch, back porch, neighbor's house, etc?
- Have you reviewed the cameras?
- Please remember that shipments may be delivered from different distributors and carriers, who may deliver your products on different days.
- Please make sure to check out the front page of the Supply Store to review any Inventory Updates. As soon as we receive notification from the distributors on any shortages, product issues, backorders, replacements, items no longer offered, etc., this section will be updated to keep you informed.
- If you need a liftgate, please indicate this on your order.
- Please include a PHONE NUMBER on all orders if we need to contact you about your order.
- Please update your ADDRESS INFORMATION to ensure your order is shipped and delivered to the correct location.
- Please do not wait until the last minute to place your order – Be Proactive & Order Ahead.
