Reviews are a powerful way to broadcast your success to potential customers.
Reviews are all about engagement. Simply adding this to your software will do little good. Motivating your technicians to ask for reviews will produce results. The goal: double the reviews of your next competitor.
Here is the workflow

- Ask for a review: Added three Calls to Action (CTA) to the Appointment Completion email and text.
- To make it easy, trigger an email with the review links: We added an Ad Hoc Request for Review email triggered by a CTA. Happy.
- Trigger a Task for a call if the customer responds with a CTA Sad.
