Mosquito Squad's support does not include legal or accounting advice, but will assist with triage between our CRM, Service Minder, and Intuit. Support is provided by Intuit/QBO per their ticket system.
You must use the QBO help system for questions about pricing or technical issues. It may be found here inside of QBO. Also, the intuit/QBO-related documentation on google is extensive and helpful.
The process to deploy QBO
- Use the link above and purchase a QBO subscription.

- Link a bank account and other accounts as desired.

- Confirm standardization of your chart of accounts (the standard will not include some local accounts that you or your CPA will want to include: https://mosquitosquad.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360046222134-QuickBooks-Automation-and-Standardization
- In Service Minder's Control Panel>Integrations link your SM to your QBO:

Synchronization errors show in Service Minder's left menu, and can generally be resolved by reading the error message and google-ing it. If it is a connection issue, Retry will often resolve the problem. An error that is resolved manually can be removed by the Clear button.
To prevent discrepancies between your P&L and our reporting within Serviceminder, please make sure all synchronization errors are resolved before 12/31 each year.
