Membership in Service Minder is a method of sharing resources, including contacts, between two or more Service Minder organizations.
Users
Due to security issues, to share a User between two organizations, set up the User in one organization and get a Brand Admin to share it with the other. It is best to email the help desk.
Service Agents
As a user who has memberships in the organization you want to share a given Service Agent with, go to the organization that has the service agent to share. Then, hit Edit on the service agent. In the Share With section, check the boxes for the other organizations to which the service agent should be available. Once that is done, you can switch to another organization and set their availability (add timeslots).
