Adding your Marketing Budget
Serviceminder's reporting features are robust; however, reports like the "Revenue by Lead Source" report only show the full ROI if you have entered your marketing expenses into Serviceminder's Budgeting tool.
To reach this tool, navigate to the "Campaigns" module at the top right corner of the home screen. Next, scroll down beneath the campaign performance charts and click the "Budgeting" button on the right side of the screen. By default, the Campaign Budget tool for the current calendar year will appear (but always check to ensure).
The rest is straightforward: In the far-left budget column, put in the amount you intend to spend for that marketing campaign and set the type/month for recurrence of that budget amount. Next, on the right side of the spreadsheet, spread out that budget amount into the months you plan to allocate the total yearly budget for that campaign. Click save, and you are done.
Then, each month during the season, return to the budgeting tool and replace the budget allocation for what you spent. At the end of the year, you will have to report that helps you make vital marketing decisions heading into next year!

Adjusting Channels and Campaigns
Click on the channel to add a campaign to one of the channels in the Other tab. Then click 'Add...' on the grid in the Campaigns tab on the right side of the page.
