Drips are the method of setting up a system service to constantly monitor changes to your SM, and perform work based on criteria you set. They are accessed in the lift column or here: https://serviceminder.io/drip
Drips can move a location from an email driven system, to a Task centric one, making import items show so one of multiple folks can tend to them via the menu systems in Service Minder.
Drips has two sections at the bottom: Triggers and Campaigns. Campaigns are the details of an email effort to market to a dynamic group based on a Trigger. In Campaigns, set the time frame, and email templates you wish to use, and then trigger them from Triggers. Triggers are your way of constantly monitoring Service Minder for changes, and then acting on that change. For instance, you can set a trigger that monitors for a failed email, and if that happens it will automatically set a task for your staff to follow up on it. Triggers are complex.
