Using January invoice as an example: Service is billed in advance so a Jan 1 invoice is for the month of Jan, except for routing usage which is for the previous month.
One vehicle is included in the base charge. Your current vehicle use can be found in your SM here: serviceminder.io/ControlPanel/RouteSettings -- note that it resets with each billing cycle and takes a few days to get enough samples to calculate the average.
SM charges your card on file on the first of each month under the name of ACUERE SOFTWARE.
