DO NOT ALLOW MULTIPLE USERS TO SHARE LOGINS.
When setting them up, you will need at the minimum name, email, cell phone. Check the “active” box and select the user type:
Organization Admin = owner: Full access to download, reports, and campaigns.
Service Agent – Desktop = Technician that also works in the office: Visibility flexible based on settings https://serviceminder.io/Organizations/Settings and https://serviceminder.io/Users
Service Agent App = Technician: Mobile App, only. Visibility flexible based on settings https://serviceminder.io/Organizations/Settings and https://serviceminder.io/Users
User – Non Technician office staff: No downloads, reports, or campaigns.
ServiceMinder and the IT Team does NOT have your password.
To reset your password, go to the login page (app or web) and click on Lost Password. You’ll be guided through the reset process by email or by text depending on your user settings.
