Google Workspace Accounts
As of December 2023, Mosquito Squad uses Google Workspace accounts to drive email@mosquitosquad.com. One “free” login per territory is included with your franchise agreement. Currently, each account over the one per territory is $22/mo billed on your monthly.
It is a best practice to include one email for consumer communication, usually the locale as in Pittsburgh@MosquitoSquad.com and another for the owner/sensative communications as for John Doe like JDoe@MosquitoSquad.com.
Alias email accounts are a good way to leverage the power of information without the cost. The email accounts are sub-accounts of a "main" email accounts like your location@mosquitosquad.com.
The employee assigned an alias email account will only ever see email directed at their alias account, but all emails, from alias accounts, will also be received by the "main" inbox. This can be very useful for oversight of your staffs activities.
